Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance guest experiences, and promote a welcoming environment. This role offers opportunities to showcase expertise in various beauty services while delivering outstanding guest services. The Esthetician will play a key role in building client relationships, increasing retail sales, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct retail sales by promoting skincare products and offering product demos to clients.
  • Deliver nail care services as needed, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and managing guest services.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following all health and safety regulations.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of various treatments, including hair styling and hospitality services when applicable.
  • Support team efforts in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits.
  • Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out procedures.
  • Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and other esthetic treatments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence. This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about beauty and wellness who thrive in dynamic environments dedicated to client care and professional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$29.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
