We are looking for a professional and compassionate Esthetician to join our team in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. We are perfectly situated in the heart of the community, just a 3-minute walk from Brentwood Town Centre Station.

We are a multidisciplinary clinic with a great vibe. Our team—including RMTs, Acupuncturists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Naturopaths—works collaboratively under one roof. We offer specialized Head Spa and Facial treatments, moving away from "one-size-fits-all" services to focus on team-based, personalized wellness plans.

Our Mission Our goal is to enhance our clients' well-being and help them feel their best. We are looking for an Esthetician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care through a positive, professional, and creative approach.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of tasks in the spa, specializing in Head Spa and Facial treatments.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient experiences and streamline operations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that prioritizes patient care and professional growth.
  • Participate in Arvo-hosted events (e.g., skincare workshops, open houses) to build strong community connections.
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and strictly follow all health & safety protocols.
  • Utilize a degree of creativity and latitude to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the esthetics field.
  • Completion (or near completion) of an Esthetician Certificate.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • A team player who is well-organized and brings a positive "good vibe" to the clinic.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment at all times.
