Assistant Manager / Esthetician – Full Time

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: Hourly + Commission (Sales-Driven Role)

Gold Tan and Sunset Spa is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager / Senior Esthetician to join our boutique spa & medspa team. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician who enjoys hands-on treatments, leadership, and driving sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional esthetic services including facials and skincare treatments
  • Provide hair removal services (waxing, sugaring)
  • Conduct client consultations and create customized treatment plans
  • Sell services, packages, and retail products to maximize results
  • Support daily spa operations and assist management with staff leadership
  • Help train, mentor, and support junior estheticians
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and spa standards
  • Assist with inventory management and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a licensed esthetician
  • Diploma or certification from a recognized esthetics program
  • Strong sales and upselling skills (required)
  • Leadership mindset with reliability and initiative
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Background check required
