Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance guest experiences, and promote our range of beauty services. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized skincare services, performing body waxing, laser Hair removal and nail care, while also engaging in retail sales and product demos. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to sanitation are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and nail care.
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
  • Managing client records.
  • Engage guests with product demos and upselling techniques to promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering excellent hospitality and guest services throughout each visit.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing maintenance to enhance their experience.
  • Support the team with retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge sharing.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or salon setting.
  • Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care
  • Ability to perform retail sales and upselling with confidence to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out processes.
  • Previous experience demonstrating professionalism in guest services within the hospitality or beauty industry is advantageous. Join our team to help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in a dynamic beauty environment
