Mezza's concept is fast casual dining, offering fresh, healthy options served up by a team who loves coming to work, and wowing our valued guests. We take pride in everything we do.

We currently have an opening and are flexible to consider Full Time or Part time, depending on the candidate and availability.

Starting wage is 15.65 plus 3-4 dollars an hour in tips

Mezza is striving for 3 major things every single shift, every single day... Regardless what your position is... you are responsible to execute on the following

1) Customers are leaving the restaurant doing the "Happy Dance", They are wowed by the service they just received and their food is nothing but the absolute best quality and freshness

2) The restaurant is sparkly clean

3) The team is so happy with the atmosphere that they consider themselves part of "A Dream Team"

How do we make these 3 things happen???? Want to know our secret???

WE ONLY HIRE THE BEST We only hire people that share our vision and love making it happen everyday

So... some questions? Do you know all of our recipes? Can you make a perfect Shawarma wrap? Can you cook Souvlaki to perfection? Do you know what's in our signature garlic sauce (I put that stuff on everything) ? Can you shave Shawarma meat like a pro? No?? Well... maybe this isn't the job for you....

Ha Just kidding All of those things, we can train you to do- that's on us

What we can't train and you must come already equipped with in order for us to offer a position....

  • A positive attitude.

  • An understanding that in the hospitality industry- competition is fierce The customer needs to leave the establishment with a smile so wide that all of their friends will be in the next day to get some Shawarma The team is who makes that happen

  • A drive to always make things better for the next shift- because you want to be a part of a team that always has each other's back.

  • The ability to work with hustle and urgency and not crumble under pressure Friday nights at Mezza are intense Only the brave must apply ;)

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize

  • An eye for clean- some people see dirt... some people don't.... oh... and the passion to change it if its not clean :).

  • Problem solving skills

  • Multi tasking skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • A voice to speak up and share your ideas to make the restaurant the very best- after all- we are still new :)

  • A "what's next" approach to every shift- What can you do next, next for the customer, next for the team, next for the business.

  • A sense of humor would be nice too
