Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be involved in various aspects of food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare smoothies, fruit bowls, waffles, crepes, coffee drinks, and soft serve desserts
  • Take customer orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Support team operations as needed (cash register, prep, service)

Skills

  • Previous experience in food preparation and coffee shop service is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
