We have served the Hamilton and surrounding area for over 35 years. Our office has become our patient's dental "home".
We are looking for a person one who enjoys serving people and providing exceptional dental experiences, to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for patients
· Communicating, scheduling, and managing patients' appointments for treatment and optimal flow
· Recording all patient information, such as medical history, insurance breakdowns
· Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, scanning documents
· Discussing cost/financing options with patients
· Participate in team meetings

· Ability to work effectively and responsibly under minimal supervision
Qualifications:
· Dental office administration experience (minimum 4 years) which includes Accounts Receivable and Treatment Co-Ordinating experience
· ABELdent experience (requirement)
· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (beneficial)
· Post-secondary diploma in Administration/Business (beneficial)
