. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll support our people across the full employee lifecycle — from compensation and benefits to engagement, performance, and culture.
You'll operate as a trusted partner to both employees and leaders, helping drive a high-performance, people-first environment where every team member can thrive.
In this role, you will:
- Lead compensation & benefits administration
— ensuring payroll accuracy, managing benefit enrollments, and handling employee inquiries with care and confidentiality - Own payroll processing
in partnership with Finance, ensuring timely and compliant pay cycles - Support end-to-end recruitment
— assisting with sourcing, screening, offers, and smooth handover into onboarding - Manage onboarding & offboarding
to ensure every transition is thoughtful and consistent - Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
, including surveys, events, and recognition programs - Partner with managers on performance management
, helping with goal-setting, feedback frameworks, and development plans - Advise leaders on employee relations matters
, offering sound, people-centered guidance - Prepare HR metrics & insights
to inform workforce planning and decision-making - Continuously improve HR processes
using automation and AI-enabled tools

Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or Business Partnering in a fast paced Tech & SaaS
- Strong understanding of
payroll, compensation, and benefits administration - Solid knowledge of
employment legislation and HR best practices - Experience
supporting recruitment and onboarding - Comfortable managing
engagement programs and employee communications - Excellent
stakeholder management and problem-solving skills - Highly organized, discreet, and people-obsessed
- Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business, or related field
