Our client is seeking a contract based Automation Tester is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions.

The role focuses on
Selenium-based automation using C#
, integration with
Azure DevOps
, and the effective use of
AI-assisted QA tools
to improve test coverage, stability, and delivery speed within an Agile environment.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months + multiple extension options

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain
    automated UI test scripts
    using
    Selenium WebDriver with C#
    .
  2. Build and enhance
    automation frameworks
    following best practices (e.g., Page Object Model, reusable components).
  3. Automate functional and regression test scenarios for
    React-based web applications
    .
  4. Integrate automated tests into
    Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
    and analyze execution results.
  5. Use
    AI-assisted QA tools
    to support test generation, failure analysis, test optimization, and maintenance reduction.
  6. Identify automation candidates and contribute to overall
    test automation strategy
    .
  7. Log, track, and manage defects and test results in
    Azure DevOps
    .
  8. Collaborate with Developers, Functional Testers, and Product teams in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of QA experience
    , with a strong focus on
    test automation
    .
  2. Hands-on experience with
    Selenium WebDriver
    and
    C#
    for test scripting.
  3. Experience testing applications built on
    .NET backends, React front-ends, and Microsoft Azure
    .
  4. Strong experience designing and maintaining
    test automation frameworks
    .
  5. Hands-on experience using
    Azure DevOps
    for pipelines, test plans, and work tracking.
  6. Practical experience using
    AI tools to assist QA activities
    (e.g., test creation, analysis, optimization).
  7. Solid understanding of
    Agile / Scrum
    delivery models.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to test reliability and maintainability.
