Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for working with children, customer service and providing the ultimate patient care experience? Brite Bite Kids Dental is a fun and progressive pediatric dental practice seeking a friendly and professional Dental Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a team player, detail oriented, and can multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Dental experience is required; knowledge of Tracker software is an asset. This position is for 5 days a week including Saturdays, 1-2 per month (until 1pm)
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact to patients particularly through welcoming and hosting in person, over the phone and through email with a view to deliver outstanding customer/patient service.
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Manage daily appointment schedule including patient check-in, patient checkout and submissions to insurance through EDI (non-assignment)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
