Your Role with Us
Dental Reception
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Answer phones and support patient inquiries with care and efficiency
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments smoothly
- Process insurance claims, billing, and maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running seamlessly
This role includes regular, direct interaction with patients and is not solely a behind-the-scenes sterilization position.
Clinical Support / Sterilization
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments in accordance with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols
- Keep the sterilization area, operatories, and storage spaces clean and well organized
- Support the hygiene and clinical team by charting probing depths and treatments as directed by DDS/RDH
- Assist with room turnovers, SDF treatments, and general chairside support when needed
- Help manage inventory, stock supplies, and assemble hygiene bags
- Step in where needed to support a smooth, on-time patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is an asset
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine care for patients
