Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Georgetown, ON for a Transport Safety & Compliance professional. The position involves ensuring the company's transport operations comply with safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting safety audits, maintaining compliance with transportation regulations, developing safety programs, preparing reports, and addressing non-compliance issues. The role also involves working closely with the operations and fleet management teams to ensure efficient and lawful transportation management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Transportation Planning and Transportation Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
  • Experience in Operations Management and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the transportation industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in transportation management, logistics, or a related field are considered an asset
  • Experience in safety compliance or fleet management is highly desirable
