Are you a dedicated and experienced customer service professional with a passion for pets? We are looking for a part time Pet Care Associate to join our team

We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service. Your skill in connecting with and supporting customers plays a vital role in what we do.

Experience in the pet industry: While not mandatory, previous experience in the pet industry is a valuable asset. Knowledge of pet products & care is highly desirable.

*Applicants should have the physical ability to lift objects weighing 40+ pounds when required for the position.*

This role involves the responsibility of receiving & managing incoming product deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their pet-related needs, including product recommendations a and pet care advice.
  • Maintain a clean & organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately & efficiently.
  • Restock & merchandise products as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service & build lasting customer relationships.
  • Carry out opening & closing procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: In person
