About the Role:
Join our dynamic Business Systems Integration (USUI) Program Management Office as a Senior Organizational Change Manager. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and tactical support for operational and people readiness across 32 workstreams. Your expertise will be crucial in increasing change adoption, minimizing resistance, and maximizing employee engagement throughout integration. You will ensure program-level change management governance and oversight, maintaining consistency and quality across business readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workstream Change Management Execution:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand change impacts and develop appropriate strategies.
- Create and deliver change management plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management efforts.
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and address any resistance to change and work to mitigate its impact.
- Business Readiness Strategy & Execution:
- Maintain business readiness frameworks, including OCM, training, partnerships, and readiness.
- Identify and address readiness gaps or collisions across workstreams.
- Cross-Workstream Collaboration:
- Facilitate forums for OCM, communications, and training leads to promote awareness, collaboration, and collision identification.
- Partner with workstreams to provide coaching, guidance, and support on business readiness.
- Tools & Resources Development:
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources for the OCM, Communications, and Training community.
- Focus on enabling consistency and scalability of business readiness practices.
- Communication, Measurement & Reporting:
- Collect, consolidate, and report on people readiness and sentiment data from workstreams.
- Produce reports for consumption at all levels of the program.
- Inform leadership communications and contribute to program-wide messaging.
- Change Management Support:
- Conduct Change Complexity Assessments and OCM Health Checks.
- Support maintenance of USUI program OCM strategy and Stakeholder impact assessment.
- Support risk identification and escalation through stage gate and checkpoint reviews.
- Monitor the health of OCM across the program and escalate delivery risks as needed.
- Community Engagement:
- Support onboarding of change practitioners, communications, and training leads.
- Facilitate the USUI OCM Community of Practice (CoP) both in-person and online.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an OCM practitioner, with a strong track record of successfully managing change initiatives in complex environments.
- Expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, or Lewin's Change Management Model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and governance.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, sentiment analysis, and readiness measurement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex program landscape.
