**Position: Change Manager**

Location: Hybrid role (2 days office presence required weekly), Toronto, Ontario,
Work Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full - Time, Contractual
Requirements: Must be a resident of Toronto, Canada, and hold a valid work permit.

Key Requirement:

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in the ServiceNow ITSM modules specifically with Change and Release Management modules.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the goals of our business partners are met.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to target required messages to specific audiences and clearly articulate business impact and benefits of proposed changes.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with building moderate to complex reports and dashboards utilizing ITSM (Chang and Release) data using tools such as ServiceNow Report and Performance Analytics, Splunk, Tableau, or Power BI, etc. is an added advantage.
- Agile change management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of network concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, NAT, load balancing).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multi-task requirements and meet tight deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **ITILv4 Foundation certification is a must**:

- Minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience supporting ITIL Change and Release management processes, governance, and maintenance in ServiceNow for a large enterprise.
- Experience within Financial institutions like banks and credit unions preferred.
- ITIL 4 or ITIL V3 Intermediate (RCV) certification is a plus

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50.00-$68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
