  • Maintain organized records and files electronically for easy access and retrieval
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Adobe for document creation, spreadsheets
  • Offer excellent customer service and support to clients via phone and in-person interactions
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups as needed

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace, Adobe
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy
  • 2 years Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient typing skills for efficient document processing
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
