What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support our Canadian division and collaborate across teams to help drive revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and deliver value-added packaging solutions. You'll have the opportunity to:

Assist in growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities

Support customer acquisition aligned with company goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative solutions to life

Contribute to exceptional account management and client service

Participate in key industry events

Help track and analyze sales KPIs including volume, new accounts, inventory performance, and profitability

Support inventory management for custom programs

Travel as needed

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

Sales or account support experience (packaging, CPG, floral, or related field is a plus but not necessary)

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

A collaborative, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems

A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
