Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in St. Catharines, ON. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and analyzing market trends to identify growth strategies. The role involves preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also manage a portfolio of accounts while striving to foster sustainable business growth through innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills to identify, acquire, and grow new clients and accounts
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and negotiations to maximize sales opportunities

- Previous experience in the floral, packaging, or retail industry is an asset
