About the Role

As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring satisfaction with the company's services. This position combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of the IT sector. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional client experience, achieving financial goals, and maintaining long-term partnerships. Result-oriented, the incumbent effectively mobilizes internal and external resources to support the company's mission.

  • Location: Edmonton
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid

What You Will Do

  • Develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Increase sales to existing accounts through consultative selling and relationship management
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing
  • Consistently meet and exceed set sales targets
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, both in-person and virtually, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Make convincing and professional presentations to high-level leaders (C-level) and other decision-makers
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships that drive customer loyalty and success
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners throughout the sales process
  • Act as the primary link between the client and delivery teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the preparation and submission of Tender Responses (RFPs)
  • Assist in the drafting of detailed service descriptions (SOWs) in accordance with customer expectations and service capabilities

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure solutions, consulting and managed services sales involving Microsoft solutions, cloud solutions and/or managed IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and proven ability to close deals.
  • Rapid learning of new technologies at the sales level.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technology, experience as a professional or managed services consultant,
  • Experience in Microsoft license sales,
  • Experience in custom development sales (professional services and managed services
  • Established relationships with IT leaders across Canada.
