Marketing Specialist – Fractional

The Fractional Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies on a fractional basis to promote the company's products or services. This role involves creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to achieve business goals. The Fractional Marketing Specialist works closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business goals.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, and blogs.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI and engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on market research findings and campaign performance.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across various platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage social media communities.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, promotion, and attendee registration.
- Ensure successful execution of events and measure their impact.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing projects.
- Provide support for other marketing activities as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar marketing role.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company's operations is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in marketing are advantageous.
