What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online channels
  • Generate and qualify leads, then schedule appointments for the Sales Team
  • Follow up with warm leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support targeted outreach campaigns
  • Provide clear and engaging information about our products and promotions
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings, demos, and handoffs to the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in the CRM system
  • Stay informed on RV products, features, and industry trends

What You Bring

  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer service (RV, automotive, or retail preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management processes
