About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to focus on new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through consultative, solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and site visits
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of new business generation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door, and outbound prospecting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) is an asset
