Overview
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in our Commercial Waste Services Division, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for business development, and experience in B2B sales, particularly within the waste industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to professional growth.

Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the waste, environmental services, or related industry
- Proven Success: Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Customer Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: familiarity with the waste management services is a plus
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, microsoft office, or equivalent lead management tools.
- Valid Driver Licence: ability to travel within designated sales territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
