Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for timely and accurate posting of payable invoices for multiple entities in a

paperless working environment

 Ensuring all required supporting documentation are in place prior to payable processing

and escalate issues accordingly

 Management of the payable approval workflow system ensuring all unapproved

payables are actioned by the project management team on a timely basis

 Follow up and respond to all queries both internally and externally in accordance to

corporate guidelines in a timely and professional manner

 Monthly reconciliation of all vendor statement accounts

 Weekly/monthly submission of AP KPI reports

 Assist in month-end/year-end closing and working papers

 Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance department

KEY ATTRIBUTES

 Accounting education/background is an asset

 2 or more years of full cycle accounts payable experience

 Strong attention to detail

 Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Excellent communication and organization skills

 Ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines

 Maintain a professional and positive attitude and adhere to corporate values (Reliability,

Integrity, Caring)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
