We are in search of a candidate to join our Support Team as a Shipping and Inventory Specialist. You should have a passion for aftermarket automotive performance and a willingness to troubleshoot and learn.

The Shipping and Inventory Specialist at TuneZilla Software Ltd. is responsible for handling all shipping, receiving and inventory related duties. In addition, this team member will also contribute to the prompt response and efficient handling of customer-related ECU repair and technical inquiries. Don't worry, we provide training.

As the Shipping and Inventory Specialist, your daily tasks will involve (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments

  • Packing and shipping outgoing shipments

  • Preparing and packaging products in preparation to ship to customers or transfer to our secondary warehouse

  • Organizing physical inventory and maintaining adequate inventory levels

  • Re-ordering inventory as-needed

  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness

  • Updating customers regarding any delays with their orders

  • Provide a weekly update to the team lead

As a Support Team member, your daily tasks will involve (but are not limited to):

  • Working on a computer to handle customer and dealer requests through our ticket system

  • Handling phone or in-person customer inquiries

  • Performing general shop duties (i.e. - shop upkeep)

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cars, possesses some level of tuning and automotive technical knowledge, and has a strong passion for learning—as our company continuously strives to advance our knowledge of technology and engine performance. Familiarity with Google Suite is beneficial. Multitasking and excellent time management skills are even more crucial.
