Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Executive Sales Specialist, located in Surrey, BC. The Executive Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing personalized sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Tasks include understanding customer needs, demonstrating product knowledge, managing inventory, and assisting in promotional activities. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure operational success and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills, including relationship-building and meeting sales targets
- Product Knowledge and the ability to demonstrate and explain electronic products
- Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation skills
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Experience in retail, electronics, or related industries is an asset
- Ability to work on-site in Surrey, BC, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
