Job Description:
The Client Account Coordinator will assist the account manager. They are responsible for managing and communicating the daily activities of clients. Must offer an exceptional service support by identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. This position requires an individual who is highly detail oriented, organized, client-focused, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, addressing urgent issues and resolving problems quickly.
- Coordinate client requests with operations.
- Support the Account Manager
as needed
with meetings, SLA/KPI adherence, and reporting. - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
Skills and Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (healthcare industry experience is an asset not a requirement).
- Bilingual (written and oral).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to learn and grow with the company.

- Full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Coordinateur(trice) de Comptes Clients
assistera le/la gestionnaire de compte. Il/elle est responsable de la gestion et de la communication des activités quotidiennes des clients. Il est essentiel d'offrir un service de soutien exceptionnel en identifiant et en évaluant les besoins des clients afin d'assurer leur satisfaction. Ce poste requiert une personne très organisée, attentive aux détails, orientée client, et capable de fonctionner efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Maintenir une attitude positive et professionnelle afin d'assurer la satisfaction des clients.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients et communiquer clairement avec les équipes internes.
- Prioriser efficacement les tâches, traiter les urgences et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
- Coordonner les demandes des clients avec les opérations.
- Soutenir le/la Gestionnaire de Compte au besoin (réunions, respect des SLA/KPI, rapports).
- Fournir des retours d'information pour améliorer les processus de service à la clientèle.
Compétences et exigences:
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente (une expérience dans le secteur de la santé est un atout, mais non requise).
- Bilingue (oral et écrit).
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en production de rapports.
- Souci du détail et excellente gestion du temps.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités, respecter les délais et évoluer dans un environnement rapide.
- Motivation à apprendre et à évoluer au sein de l'entreprise.
Horaire
Poste à temps plein, sur place, du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h.
