Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager specializing in rope access, located in Vancouver, BC. The Operations Manager will take approved work orders/ or quotes and deliver completed projects on time and on budget.

Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate and manage maintenance projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, train and lead a team(s) of rope access technicians. Additional responsibilities include customer service, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, quality control, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, project management, and team leadership
  • Knowledge of rope access techniques and industry safety standards, Level 3 certificate or former Level 3.
  • Familiarity with building maintenance services such as window cleaning, power washing, and dryer vent cleaning
  • Valid BC drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Valid Sin number
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Relevant certifications in rope access and safety standards are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
