Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our rope access projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This includes shaping business strategy, managing daily operations, and sustaining internal productivity. You'll work closely with our field teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of all rope access building maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of all services.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and materials.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment by training, mentoring, and leading staff.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients
• Respond to bids and proposals as required
• Analyze operational data and produce reports to recommend improvements and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the building maintenance, property management, strata management or rope access industry.
• Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
• Service orientated mindset to build and maintain relationships with clients, employees and partners
• Valid drivers license
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written): additional languages are an assets

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
