We have developed powerful systems to train and develop effective Sales Representatives/Roofing Consultants to help and consult with homeowners across the Northern GTA.
Please note that experience in the Trades is not required but is an asset. Our training program will cover any gaps in technical expertise.

Requirements
Weekends/evenings are prime time. You don't need to be available every evening & weekend but you need to be willing to work during that time.
People skills. We train those selected really well when it comes to interacting with people but we only select those who are already pretty advanced in this skillset.
A hard work ethic. Sales is hard.

No salary cap. You and only you decide how much you make. Again, we are Canada's only National Roofing Franchise, so our compensation formulae are tried and true. You have a road map to making a lot of money, and you decide how far to take that.
It's important to note, that in-line with a great team of people and a strong reputation of quality, our standards are high and what we will accept on our team is low. If you're used to being the hardest worker in your peer group, have a natural affinity for working with people, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company, this might be the position for you.
