**Junior Sales Recruit - Contract RolePosition Summary**

We are seeking a Junior Sales Recruit to join Alpro Metal Roofing on a contract basis with a target start within the next two weeks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn our proven sales process, earn commissions while gaining experience and make a difference at a growing roofing company. You will start on a modest base stipend that helps cover living expenses, while earning commissions on closed deals. The contract offers an opportunity to transition into a long‑term role once you demonstrate proficiency and cultural fit.

**Role Overview**

As a Junior Sales Recruit, you will be immersed in our structured sales process from day one. You will:

- Assist with lead generation by identifying potential customers through online marketing, networking and partnerships.
- Perform needs assessments by asking questions to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements.
- Help prepare presentations and proposals that align our solutions to customer needs.
- Learn to handle objections and close deals using our proven closing techniques.
- Participate in follow‑up and customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Throughout the contract you will receive performance feedback and mentorship to accelerate your development.

**Compensation**
- A modest base stipend to help with bills during your ramp‑up period.
- 3-4% of contract value on every sale you contribute to or close.
