Position: Sales Representative
**Job Type**: Base Pay + Commission-Based
Description:
We are seeking persuasive and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based role where your earnings are directly tied to your sales performance - the more you sell, the more you make.
**Responsibilities**:
- Secure new roofing and aluminum jobs
- Conduct estimates and customer consultations
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs
- Speaking Spanish is an asset
