As the HR Coordinator, you play a significant role in our small, progressive team, providing HR services to our employees. Hitting the ground running every day, you use your high attention to detail to research and create processes and document procedures, your sense of urgency to respond to employee and manager questions, and your high commitment to task to resolve challenges as they arise.

Working closely with the Director of Talent Engagement and HR Advisor, you support various aspects of Human Resources at GSL, with a focus on HR Administration for all current and future HR programs. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our General Counsel (lawyer) to provide them with administrative support. You make use of your natural curiosity, commitment to task, high sense of urgency, and ability to learn to excel in this dynamic role.

In a perfect world, you have your degree or certificate in HR, some working experience in an HR team, and a desire to grow your HR career.
