Cloverdale Paint is seeking an ambitious individual for a full-time position with open availability at our store in Port Kells, BC.

We are looking for someone to work full-time from Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays may be required.

Experience with industrial coatings would be a valuable asset. Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
  • Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
  • Tinting & shaking paint accurately
  • Keying in sales and operating basic functions of the POS system

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb regularly
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude
