Summary

At Catalyst, we don't expect you to do everything. Instead of assigning one manager to juggle every aspect of a condo's needs, we've built a collaborative structure where each team member owns their area of expertise. As a licensed Condominium Manager, your role is focused on governance, board relations, and guiding decision-making. You'll act as a strategic partner to condo boards, supported by internal staff:

You'll focus on:

  • Leading board and AGM meetings, ensuring decisions align with legislation and bylaws (2-3 evening meetings per week)
  • Advising boards on compliance, risk, and governance best practices
  • Reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring expenditures align with budget goals
  • Communicating key updates to owners—like bylaw changes, project timelines, or policy notices
  • Managing capital projects and long-term planning efforts with support from the broader team
  • Supporting inspections and preventative planning, in collaboration with our maintenance leads
  • Contributing to cross-functional problem-solving, not just for "your" buildings but across the portfolio

What You Bring

  • RECA condominium management license (REQUIRED)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders (residents, vendors, board members)
  • Great communication—written and verbal
  • Comfortable with technology (we use platforms like Zendesk, Trello, Slack)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is an asset
