Condominium Manager

DESCRIPTION
We are looking to add a Condominium Manager position within our firm to oversee a portfolio of residential condominiums. The successful candidate must have experience in Condominium Management, clean in appearance and works well with others. The applicant MUST also be licensed or working to obtain a license through RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) in the Condominium Management field.
REQUIREMENTS
i. Great client and customer service skills
ii. Able to work well unsupervised
iii. Ability to research and review Condominium Bylaws
iv. Understanding of the Condominium Property Act and its Regulations
v. Willing to follow company policies and procedures
vi. Organized and proficient with Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
vii. Board meeting attendance, online and in person (Monday through Thursday)
viii. Reviewing complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner
ix. Strong communication skills and able to return phone calls and emails in a priority manner
x. Prepare documents, notices and compliance letters as required
xi. Ensure that services in current Management Agreements are being followed and maintained
xii. Being well organized, clean and a model for other employees and administrators
xiii. Experience in reviewing and presenting financial statements, budget preparation, reserve fund planning
xiv. Able to react well to constructive criticism and take direction and education from others
xv. Ethical mindset with no rumoured or past history of collusion, collection of kickbacks and an honest attitude is a must
xvi. In addition to these requirements, we all understand that sometimes a Condominium Manager is faced with day to day challenges that task us mentally, physically and emotionally. A strong character and a good work ethic are also preferred for this position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
