We are on the hunt for a Licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) to join our Calgary team. If you have a knack for organization, love working with people, and want to make a real impact in the communities you manage—keep reading Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point. Manage contracts, monitor performance, and make sure our high standards are met and exceeded. Build strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—friendly face of our service. Take care of budgets and keep spending on track—financial stewardship matters. Support and supervise any site staff at your properties. Offer helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—keep communities informed and protected. Identify ways to improve properties through innovation. Promote and use in‑house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork. Requirements At least two years of experience in condominium management—ready to take ownership of your portfolio. Worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services—bonus. Valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, eager to learn new tools. Understand budgets, administration, and accounting processes. Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage time and responsibilities like a pro. Good working knowledge of The Real Estate Act and familiar with condominium bylaws. Strong written and verbal communication skills—professional. Valid Driver's License, clean Driver's Abstract, and reliable vehicle. Benefits Hybrid work arrangements with some ability to work from home. Education assistance.
