What you will bring to Attuned Families: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Psychometrist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in psychology who is passionate about assessment and enjoys working in a family-focused environment.

This position offers a hybrid arrangement contingent upon client need with a focus on in person work; in person hours will need to be offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer standardized psychological, educational, and neuropsychological tests
  • Score tests and organize results for psychologist review
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of confidential information
  • Coordinate with psychologist regarding testing protocols and report writing
  • Prepare testing materials and maintain assessment inventory
  • Provide a calm, engaging, and supportive testing environment for children and families

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience administering psychological assessments (academic, cognitive, behavioral, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and youth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with standardized testing tools (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-III, BASC-3, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a pediatric or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of developmental and educational disorders (e.g., ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities)
