Job Summary: We're seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic part time Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our customers. Ensuring that every guest feels valued and leaves with a smile. Your role will involve handling transactions, answering questions, and helping to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere while also helping the kitchen with tasks such as scooping cookies, making quiche shells and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and assist with product selection. Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using the register, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and manage the cash drawer.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house area clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and dining areas. Assist with stocking and restocking items as needed.
  • Back-of-House Support: Assist with tasks such as scooping cookies, preparing quiche shells, and other bakery preparation tasks as needed. Ensure that all products are prepared according to our high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a food service environment is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent interaction with customers.
