Duties

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to completion.
• Upsell retail products by recommending suitable hair care items and styling products to clients.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or training in hair styling and grooming techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and practices within a salon environment.
• Ability to upsell retail products naturally as part of the client consultation process.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
