Job Opportunity

We support content creators and publishers by leveraging our expertise and capacity throughout the lifecycle of interactive content, enabling them to remain lean and agile and focus on delivering engaging experiences.

  • The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with directors, managers, and sales teams to drive growth locally and internationally while aligning long-term strategies with company goals.
  • Participate in high-level decision-making processes and provide insights on how QA can support business expansion and market penetration.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeframe, and budget through team support and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients at senior levels and manage local LQA project managers.
  • Improve and develop services across Keywords Montreal and other locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and lead local LQA project managers and teams. Proactively address issues with project managers and teams, leading efforts to achieve standardized project management practices across locations.
  • Training and Coaching: Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to LQA project managers. Empower staff members and prioritize their professional development.
  • Client Management: Participate in QBRs, MBRs, and account meetings as needed. Collaborate with production managers and key account managers to develop shared client strategies. Effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Administration: Track performance and ensure a suitable team size based on account and business requirements. Coordinate with finance and other support structures to share production data and forecasts.
