Continuous Learning & Future-Readiness

- Actively build fluency in AI-enabled workflows to support faster, smarter content production.
- Apply bilingual expertise to adapt and refine content for English and French-Canadian audiences, ensuring accuracy and cultural fit.
- Identify opportunities to test new content formats and approaches to increase engagement.

- Experience with collaboration and project management platforms like Wrike, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of structured content practices (tagging, metadata, accessibility standards) to support discoverability.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in content development, digital storytelling, or editorial roles (regulated industry experience is an asset).
- Exceptional bilingual writing and editing skills (English and Canadian-French).
- Ability to create content that is clear, engaging, and action-oriented.
- Experience with SEO/AEO principles and discoverability best practices.
- Experience in UX copywriting and/or crafting clear and intuitive content that enhances user experience.
- Familiarity with digital publishing systems and content workflows.
- Skilled in using AI-assisted tools for research, writing, and optimization, with curiosity and adaptability to keep pace with emerging technology.
- Experience in multimedia creation is an asset.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
