Licensed HVAC Technician – Residential & Commercial

Southeastern Group Inc. is currently seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician with experience in both residential and commercial systems to join our team in Kingston and surrounding areas. We are a well-established company known for high-quality Electrical and Plumbing services, looking to establish ourselves in the HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair a variety of HVAC systems: furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, rooftop units, ductless systems, and more
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on residential and commercial equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Interpret blueprints and technical manuals
  • Maintain compliance with TSSA, Ontario Building Code, and all safety standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients and complete accurate job documentation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ontario HVAC License (313A or 313D)
  • G2 or G1 Gas Technician License (TSSA Certified)
  • HVAC experience in residential and commercial settings
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Proficient in HVAC systems, ventilation, ductwork, and control systems
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
