Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to become part of our team. The ideal applicant will have a solid mechanical skill set and a preferably minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and service work. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure top performance and efficiency. You will also diagnose system issues and deliver outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair HVAC units, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks to keep HVAC equipment operating properly.
  • Troubleshoot and identify problems with heating and cooling systems.
  • Assist with plumbing tasks when required for HVAC-related installations or repairs.
  • Apply welding skills for repairs or installations involving metal components.
  • Read and interpret HVAC system schematics for accurate diagnostics and repair.
  • Inspect HVAC systems to detect potential issues before they become major concerns.
  • Work closely with construction teams to incorporate HVAC systems into new builds or renovation projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with clients about their HVAC requirements.
  • Pick up ordered parts/materials and deliver them to job sites or company owner when required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand complex systems.
  • Mandatory knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics for HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for working with clients and team members.
  • A valid driver's license for travel to service calls or between work sites.
  • Must hold a G2 license.
