Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with furnace and AC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furnace and AC area, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining furnace and AC systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC work meets industry standards and local codes.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain furnace and AC systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete HVAC tasks.
  • Perform routine inspections of HAVC systems to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople in construction projects, including carpentry and HVAC professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all HVAC work.
  • Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for the installation of HVAC fixtures and materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC or a related field is required.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
  • Valid driving license with clean record.
  • Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
