Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive who's passionate about experiential marketing, production, and creative problem-solving. You're someone who loves being hands-on, supporting projects from start to finish, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with and support the Project Managers, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors ensuring they are aware of your activities and are informed of client updates.
  • Own smaller scale projects from quoting to delivery.
  • Support the account team by owning and managing components of large-scale projects.
  • Assist the Account Managers with building and adhering to budgets.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as graphic & structural design, print & build production, logistics and installation team.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, through quoting to execution.
  • Attend site visits and be the contact point during installations and/or removals.
  • Attend internal and client meetings.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as generating POs, expenses, material orders, facilitating logistics etc.
  • Problem solving and finding creative solutions.
  • Travel and evening/weekend work may be required.
  • This is an in-office position.

What You Bring

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in experiential marketing, fabrication, print, or a related industry is an asset.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Experience in construction, production, print, or event planning is an asset.
  • A college diploma or university degree.
  • A vehicle and valid G-class driver's licence are required.

Job Details

  • Full time, Monday - Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
