MyoDynamic Health is growing, and we're looking for an organized, personable, and upbeat Medical Office Receptionist to join our front-desk team. If you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive clinic environment, this role is for you.

About Us

MyoDynamic Health is a modern, multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering massage therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and rehabilitative services. Our front desk is the heart of the clinic — greeting clients, supporting practitioners, and making every visit feel seamless.

What You'll Do

  • Warmly welcome clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage bookings, schedule changes, and daily appointment flow
  • Process payments and direct billing
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
  • Support practitioners with administrative tasks
  • Handle phone and email inquiries
  • Assist with patient forms, filing, and basic clinic organization

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Has experience in a clinical or customer-service setting (considered an asset)
  • Can work evenings and/or weekends as needed
  • Is comfortable learning clinic software (Jane App experience is a bonus)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
