_We are opening a new audiology clinic in the Newmarket area. If you are an enthusiastic and dynamic professional, with leadership skills, we would like to have you on our team._

Reports to: Clinic Director

Role: Responsible for administrative operations of the clinic, including excellent patient care and support to clinicians, patient scheduling and intake, billing, etc.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Patient Support**
- Responsible for first point of contact with our patients, represent our clinic in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer patient queries by telephone and in person when required.
- Schedule and manage appointments from physician referrals.
- Intake of patients as they arrive at the clinic.

**Clinician Support**
- Ensure that staff maintain appointment schedules efficiently.
- Work with referral partners to set up appropriate appointments types for clients.
- Completing monthly inventory of clinic and office supplies.

**Clinic Appearance**
- Maintain a professional and organized appearance of the clinic.
- Organize and maintain product displays.
- Maintain and procure office and clinic supplies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in a medical-related field (medical clinic administration, etc) is preferred.
- Experience in audiology clinic receptionist/administrator role an asset.
- Leadership skills are essential.
- Organized, comfortable with multi-tasking, details-oriented, and a take-charge individual.
- Fluent in English (spoken / written). Other languages an asset.

**REMUNERATION**

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
