Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including food preparation and food handling
  • Serve beverages and food items efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Barista experience or serving background is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Basic math skills necessary for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable

Pay: $17.60 per hour
