Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests. Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and serve food promptly
  • Manage cash register transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep or customer service as needed
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
  • Familiarity with sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices
  • Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
